The Valley Women’s Business Network (VWBN) supports, educates and promotes women in the Annapolis Valley who are in business, who are professionals, or who aspire to start a business. We do this through the organization of networking meetings and events in the Annapolis Valley.

You’re Invited to Our Annual Tea Party Fundraiser
There is something special that happens when women gather with purpose, tea in hand, laughter in the room, and community at the center of it all.
This gathering is more than a lovely afternoon, it’s a fundraiser where your ticket cost supports bursaries for women in business here in Nova Scotia and in communities around the world through the Kiva program, where access to opportunity can change everything.
This is far more than just tea and treats. It is an opportunity to build meaningful connections, promote local businesses, hear an inspiring speaker, and spend time with women who genuinely want to see each other succeed, all while supporting a great cause.
Frankly, the world has enough competition and not nearly enough collaboration with pastries involved. The event will be beautifully catered by Jessica from Crafty Treasures and Kitchens Treats with tea supplied by Jenn of ResilienTea

Together, they strive to make a lasting impact and support a vibrant future for the Valley.

For only $35 you can spotlight your business and maximize the opportunity to display your products, by purchasing a vendor table. You can also proudly promote your business to attendees throughout the afternoon. Tables will be set around the room and available for browsing during tea service and intermission. All table sponsor dollars will be contributed to the funds we are raising.

Donate an item to our silent auction and then stay to bid on the incredible donations from other local businesses because supporting each other while possibly going home with something fabulous sounds like a pretty good afternoon to us.
Event Pricing:
Members: $10 per person
Non-Members: $20 per person
Please feel free to bring a friend, a neighbour, a co-worker, or that one woman who keeps saying she wants to “get out more.” This is the perfect place to start.
Every contribution helps fuel the dreams of women in business, creating a ripple effect of change in our local Valley Community and developing countries.
Every dollar raised supports a very worthy cause, and every person in the room helps strengthen a community of women supporting women.
